POLICIES
Please read all policies before booking.
Booking Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for select services and or specials to secure your appointment. This ensures your time is reserved and prevents last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Afterpay is available. If you would like to use afterpay, please text or email before booking. Processing fee may apply.
For off-day/holiday appointments there is an $100 squeeze in fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of payment and a new booking will be required.
Late Policy
After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. Please communicate, I will always try to work with you!
Guests
No extra guests are allowed unless previously approved.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24hrs in advance.
To respect our time and availability, If you no-show or cancel last minute, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments, and may be charged 20%–100% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will forfeit their payment, may be declined for future bookings, and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Results & Touch-Ups
All services are customized to each individual client. Results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
A touch-up session is recommended to perfect and maintain results.
Previous Work
If you have previous permanent makeup, you must send a photo prior to booking for approval. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment. Please email pictures to "contact@detroitpermanentcosmetics.com"
